Where Is This Happening?

  • Kewanee, Illinois
  • Sessions will be outdoors, weather permitting. There is a back-up plan if it is raining or too cold.

Are There Any Rules?

  • At least one adult must be present during the session. 
  • The session starts exactly at the appointment time (if an adult is present) and will last for 30 uninterupted minutes. 
  • Anyone arriving late will be allowed to join the session, but the session will still end when the 30 minutes expires.
  • Anyone present during the session is welcome to be involved, however the primary focus will be the Prom 2025 attendees, with family members being politely asked wait until the last 10 to 15 minutes of the session for their portraits.
  • Anyone present during the session is encouraged to capture their own footage of the session, provided they do not interfere with the photographer.

When Is This Happening?

  • Sessions will be available on the day of Prom 2025 for the following school districts:
  • Wethersfield - April 26, 2025
  • Kewanee -  May 3, 2025
  • Galva - April 26, 2025
  • Cambridge - May 3, 2025
  • Annawan - April 26, 2025
  • Last session starts at 7 PM, for those whose Prom starts at 8 PM
  • Sessions must be booked in advance.
  • An adult (someone over the age of 21) must book the Session and be present for the session.
  • $5 per person non-refundable deposit due (PayPal/Card) when booking the session to hold your time.
  • Remaining $10 per person due the day of the session (Cash/PayPal/Card).

Will my photos be private?

  • ONLY GIVE THE PASSWORD TO THOSE YOU TRUST!
  • All photos taken at each session (except the blinkies and blurries) will be available through a password protected gallery and can be downloaded directly from that gallery at no additional cost.
  • The subjects of the session will create a password for their gallery at the end of the session.
  •  This password cannot be changed once it is created. 
  • The subjects will be responsible for the privacy of that gallery, knowing that anyone with the password can also download those images, free of charge.
  • The photographer has no way of preventing specific people from accessing the galleries if they have the password and cannot see who has accessed the gallery at any given time.
